If you look at formulas and equations with units of sizes that are not agree, this inconsistence is due to the effort to express mass only with length and time relations. This persistence was quickly enhanced when it was observed that a maximum inertia of Mmax coming out of the physical constants (π, h, G, c) is approaching a magnitude that is the inverse of the maximum speed of light (M_pl = 16.357/c).
