## ► Observations that strengthen the theory of a complete and stabilized Universe:

<•> This theory, from its general principle, logically deduces, connects and predicts a multitude of phenomena that are already known and have already been observed in physics as random and inde­pendent discoveries. Generally speaking, it is crucial to observe in general the existence of periodic phenomena, common properties and the same laws throughout nature, since all things are considered to be formations of rapid energy oscillations in a constant amount, in equilibrium.

<•> Matter, whether near or far, is associated with something in common, with a common reality, and so that matter maintains the same structure everywhere. Space as a dynamic energy is permanently involved in the preservation of matter and in the formation of its structure. Common space forms the core of all individual structural elements.

<•> The (negative) inertia of the free space itself is manifested by the fluctuations we call electro­magnetic. Movement in nature also happens without visible bodies and inertia is a wider phenomenon than mass. (Mmax / c = M / V equation of V. Karamicha).

<•> At lower deceleration we detect the electro­magnetic fluctuations of the lower frequencies. At higher decelerations we detect the highest frequencies of the electro­magnetic spectrum up to visible light. At even greater decelerations we detect shorter wavelengths as particles.

<•> Particularly it predicts and interprets the gravitational field as electro­magnetic waves upside down in time, which constantly transmit energy to the structure of matter, concentrated and bounded by a minimum radius. It is important to note (theoretically, before the beginning of this mathematical inve­stigation) that the oscillation of energy always occurs everywhere with two opposite modes of motion, due to the isotropic and balanced presence of the finite space. One way is with concentrated waves and its energy is called gravity. By approaching the minimum radius, the amplitude of the concentrated waves increases. The other way is through decentralized waves of the same space and we call it electro­magnetic radiation. By increasing the distance from the minimum radius, the width of the decentralized waves is reduced and attenuated.

The constant presence of matter implies a constant coexistence of these two wave phenomena, since they are essentially the same energy that fluctuates without destroying the equilibrium (of the "empty" space). Balance coexists and is maintained with this dynamic process of restitution and not with complete restlessness, since then unchanged energy would make no sense and then free space would not be a carrier of any energy. The energy of space is isotropic and the same amount for every material thing, while relatively presented as the absence of material world.

<•> The free space does not expand, but it trembles and oscillates with the highest frequency of nature. Free space fluctuates like stagnant waves with a minimum length between waves and thus conserves its energy. The phenomena that create matter are interpreted as wave processes by periodic changes in the balanced energy of the free space. This total amount of energy is the same for all things and all things exist with the same oscillations or fluctuations of energy of the same potential space. The Universe is constantly being created in tiny dimensions by some energy fluctuations that start at the minimum length and radius of the free space (as electro­magnetic) but they peak at the structure of matter. Thus, the inconsistent interpretation given by the term "expansion" is corrected, since the observation of the redshift phenomenon is not disputed. The phenomenon of creation and redshift is associated with the phenomenon where the total energy in the maximum period is the energy that starts relatively decentralizing from the length of a minimum radius at the fastest rate. The free space with the maximum length corresponds to the amount of energy of the maximum period of time.

<•> The simultaneous presence of the entire Universe towards individual things from its closest distance acts (periodically and momentarily) and looks like a "nuclear power", while from a distance and outside it looks like an absence (as an empty space) and acts as "gravity". The wave energy transfer of the "empty" space in a concentrated manner (gravity), in contrast to the decentralized behavior of the electro­magnetic waves, are the corresponding phenomena, which some researchers were imagined as contraction and expansion.

<•> The age of the Universe is interpreted from the outset as the phenomenon of the maximum period of time within which the Universe has become in all possible ways and exists with all its energy, relative to the minimum period in which the Universe is simultaneously absent. The distance in space coincides with the distance in time. The shorter lengths are contained in the longer lengths of space and the shorter intervals are contained in the longer ones and do not necessarily precede a single straight time. For nature in space there is no "zero" moment of creation, because in zero moment there is the complete Universe, which is a relative principle for nature.

<•> More specifically. Lighter chemical elements are present in greater quantities because they are created by the loss of smaller amounts of energy, at lower transmission frequencies than needed for the heavier elements, and they require less energy to be produced and maintained. Because they are hf energy at frequency by far higher than the microwaves, therefore (according to the period and amount of energy), their position in the order of priority is after light. Chemical elements that have more mass than helium, they need more energy and higher exchange and transmission frequencies and energy fluctuation at faster rates. These conditions appear to exist in the most powerful gravitational fields. Thus, it makes sense to observe more hydrogen and helium, since these elements can be created by electro­magnetic phenomena more easily, everywhere in space and within weaker gravitational fields.

<•> The theory of the Completed Universe, mathematically associates the minimum amount of hf energy with a minimum interaction time h / Tmin = hfmax / Tmax. Higher frequency waves transmit the same minimum energy synchronously. A minimum quantity of energy is always transmitted at the same minimum time Tmin. Particles are interpreted as elemental amounts of hf energy, quantities of energy that are produced, oscillated or exchanged by wave changes at the shortest time intervals. The structural elements of matter are formed by the same elemental quantities of electro­magnetic energy when they are maintained in stagnant states.

<•> The phenomenon of mass is mathematically linked to a velocity and this relation is not known. This mathematical proportion is: C/V=Mmax/M and was formulated by another person (Vangelis Karamicha) without the correct physical interpretation. For each amount of velocity reduced by the maximum velocity c corresponds to a certain inertia. At maximum speed reduction, the inertia of the fluctuations (of free space) is increased to the maximum value. The slowest decrease in velocity occurs initially with the slower fluctuations (of free space), such as the inertia of electro­magnetic waves. More clearly (when the speed decreases further) the free space appears with the inertia of the detected particles. All radiation is the wave motion of free space.

<•> Light is not the movement of the particles, it is the oscillation or fluctuation of the space itself, at rates lower than the average values. The light (the visible spectrum) is approaching, but it is not exactly moving at maximum speed c. An example: Violet corresponds to the velocity (c– 3,04 ·10-20 m/s). For each 1Hz, there is an amount of reduction of the maximum speed c of the class 10-34 m/s.

<•> The universal physical constants c, G, h are relations from the existence of constant minimum and maximum limits (funda­mentally time, length, velocity, rate of change of motion, frequency, force and quantity of energy per unit time) that regulate all energy changes. They appear and relate to each other, because changes in sizes to funda­mental phenomena occur with certain insuperable max and min limits.

<•> The theory of a complete universe presented as free space explains mathematically, why the structure of matter of the first atom has such specific mass quantities and specific dimensions (mass equilibrium). The quantities of energy, lengths and rates at which the fundamental particles of matter are formed are the average values in the fluctuation of sizes, according to constant minimum and maximum limits.

<•> The theory of a complete universe presented as free space predicts a maximum fmax or rate limit for fluctuating and transferring energy, or a minimum period for compensating for a minimal reduction in energy. Unlimited increase at frequency (f∞) would still mean infinite amount of wave energy transfer in the unit of time. The upper limit on the number of waves per unit of time means another upper limit on the amount of energy that can be detached in the unit of time.

<•> The independence of gravitational force from chemical composition is interpreted.

<•> The maximum rate of change amax is directly related to the presence of the maximum gravi­tational force, which we call "nuclear". The structural elements are maintained by the shared core of total energy of the completed Universe which is detected in the tiny dimensions by the fluctuations of free space.

<•> The minimum wavelength λmin almost coincides to the constant h, which is not just a theoretical quantity. All electro­magnetic phenomena are theoretically and technologically linked to the constant h. The minimum wavelength λmin almost coincides with the constant h and hence with the amount of h / 2pi which is crucial for the structure of matter and regulates the radii and orbits in the structure of matter. Consequently, all three universal constants h, c, G appear and are interconnected, simply because the minimum length λmin almost coincides with the tiny amount of the constant h. The minimum wavelength λmin approaching the quantity h ≈ 10-34 m and that means that for a change to such a small amount (with 16.3574 times the λplanck length) everything changes in physics and in the Universe! So easy, from a theoretical point of view that any good schoolboy can still make it, the difficulty of interpreting the multitude of tiny phenomena and the structure of material elements are disclosed and the need for nature to be fast in its creative processes, since changes should not be diverged so that synchronization and creative encounter of phenomena are not lost.

<•> All electro­magnetic phenomena described by the constant k, the dielectric constant εο and the magnetic field permeability μο of the free space, by the fine structure constant α and by quantities of Cb electric charge are the same phenomena described by the constants h, c, G with a slight deviation in their values.

 Like the balance and stability would not have a meaning without motion and change, also the conservation of energy would not have a meaning without the decrease of energy (...) The physical laws, which regulate the existence and the structure of material elements are not messages that come from their outside, from far and insubstantial way. These laws begin from the common " contact " that the all structural elements have with one and the same " empty " space, with one and common completed reality, with the same " communal " quantity of energy, finally from the common (invisible) their substance.
