PERIODICITY AND  STABILITY

" If the Universe remains always this same but relatively becomes with ways that balance and total stability are achieved, then the repetition of many phenomena and circularity serve the maintenance for direct exist of the complete Universe. Material things as they are connected, by anyone way, in any space and time, they will exist and change with pre­determined temporally and territorial limits and with constant specifications of a common reality for all. The limits of the minimal and longest time period of the Universe impose limits and cyclical processes (multiple or sub-multiple moments, fluctuations, minimal and maximum sizes, frequency, inversion, average sizes, difference of 90 degrees, inter­ruption, recantation) for the maintenance and reintroduction of limits in motion. The terms for creation of things are imposed "internal" by their substance. The common substance by which the structural elements of world exist and equivalent presence of the finite space - which exists dynamical and immediately connected with structural elements -, it forces in advance all materials in possible combinations, with proportion, timing, repetition and inter­mediary limits. Such a beginning of structural elements (as fluctuations on common sub­stance) does not allow incontrollable connection, interaction and their change in to space and time ".

" In the theory of a Completed and Stabilized Universe (with all possible ways), it's not matter that develops and life is presented until a final aim and a topmost conquest is achieved. On the contrary, the aim of world is realized, the God exists always as something finished and only with inner presence, while relatively into time God is presented as incomplete and limited. We are God in light version (with limits) and in particular conditions of space and time! "
