The minimal length of wave λmin coincides almost with constant h, that is not only a theoretical quantity. With the constant h are connected theoretically and techno­logically the all electro­magnetic phenomena. The minimal length of wave λ_min coincides almost with the constant h and consequently with the quantity h/2pi which is decisive for the structure of matter and regulates beams and lengths of orbits in the structure of matter.
