The cosmological theory begun to formulated in the 1980s with fundamental thoughts on basis of the definition on a universe into a maximum time
lag, in that the universe is always the same and stable with all possible ways. The physical space was identified with a total amount of energy and
the rapid fluctuations of this stable energy were identified with radiations, fields, particles and matter. The cosmological theory in its entire,
with all pieces of rational thought, that facilitate exclusively its conception and with answers to many question which are created, but also with
surplus thoughts on the development of research it is extended to a large number of pages. The advanced theory on the structure of matter and the
Universe is worded on clean pages for printing rather than websites and had to be divided into in three
volumes. Its extension and improvement did not stop in the long time that was developed and never was a book with the interpretation of a
complete or final wording. Much of these books translated into English and integrated for the presentation entire cosmological theory. The
cosmological theory was most recently published as more advanced treatise in English in two
volumes in 2021...>>>. The cosmological interpretation was restructured with a new subdivision, focused on the most certain conclusions,
with the extension of calculations and with conclusions missing from the previous treatise and this is
